I focus my practice on the needs of individuals in immigration matters, including:

- employment-based immigration: H-1B, L, O, and P type visas and labor certifications
- removal proceedings: deportation cases, illegal immigrants, expired visas, criminal aliens, allegations of sham or fake marriages
I also handle personal injury claims, such as motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall injuries, catastrophic injuries, and wrongful death cases.

I recognize that every case is unique and take a highly individualized approach to my practice. I am a people-oriented person and would rather talk with you over the phone or in person than respond to an e-mail.
